Under the cover of a playful and multidisciplinary project, the Cité Chaillot, in partnership with Vitra and with the participation of Esmod and Ferrandi, offers us “La villa de Mademoiselle B.” (Miss B’s villa). Apparently quite light at first, this exhibition attempts to answer the expectations of the contemporary western lifestyle while preaching fantasy at the same time. Ten women architects are left to their own devices to compose a room each inside a mock villa sliced in 9 parts. They even manage to talk “serious architecture” and make us smile at once.

In this “journey house” that represents different parts of her personality, Miss B, forever eager to explore new territories, manages to link all the topics she feels passionate about: fashion, gastronomy, design, photography, contemporary art, music…

She will warmly welcome you in this extraordinary house of hers until January 27th 2008.

MANY THANKS TO
