Bill Shannon (born 1970) is an American artist who resides in Brooklyn. 
Born with a degenerative hip condition, he developed a way to express himself through dance and skateboarding on crutches.
He worked with the DJs - A Guy called Gerard, DJ Richie, DJ Excess, for Cirque du Soleil – presented his video at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Helsinki, The Tate Liverpool, and the Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
